Me with Meech and Didier of O-Trip at City Dance Annex in San Francisco last night. For those of you who don't know them, they're two of the best house dancers in France. They're in town to perform at Hip Hop Dancefest this weekend. Just thought you guys would enjoy a once-in-a-blue-moon photograph.

Found this lil' gem by accident today. In this video, one of my mentors, Stretch, demonstrates several of the steps that I also teach in my tutorials. Watch it so you can see how other people execute these same moves. There are also clips of him dancing at the end. Watch it and study his movements where he accents the beats. It's a good clip to study since Stretch keeps his musicality clear and simple.

I'd like to see more video responses from you guys. Don't be afraid to send me videos of you dancing; It would be certainly nice to see how I'm helping you improve. In fact, send me a video of you incorporating the material in the recent musicality video when you get a chance. Thanks.

The second clip in the musicality series; this video emphasizes on the basics of accenting specific beats. It's a gateway for more complex types of musicality. A must for anyone who is just starting to learn about dance and music.
