Holy crap, this is pretty crazy news to me. Almost a decade ago, I started a website under the domain "theotherside.nu." At the time, I proclaimed it "the first site ever to focus on bringing together the world's hip hop and house dancers." Now, I'm not one to embellish much, so at the time, it probably held some truth. It's just so crazy to think that back then, I was already trying to make some sort of change. Unfortunately, I lost my purpose along the way and relinquished the site to someone who consequently let it die. I haven't thought of my site since then. Yesterday, I was reminded by Danny Dance that part of the history section of my old site is still around around on breakcheck.com. That's when I decided to do some digging to see if I could somehow get at least a screenshot of my old site. To my surprise, my free host from almost 10 years ago never erased my pages! I'm so happy to see that it's still around. Click here to see the site. The house history section is still very much intact I believe a few the clips and links still work too. You can even read how I described house when I was still first learning it.
