Donnamation, a fellow dancer living in Portland, invited me and Mystique to session with her and a few friends - Spencer "Suspence," Jungwho, and Paul - during our short stay there.  It started out as a popping session and ended with house music. It's awesome when dancers of different styles are able to vibe with each other. Here's one of my rounds that night:

Oh, and here are a few pics of me and Mystique's adventures from that week. If you ever get to visit Oregon,  make sure to check out Crater Lake! It is just a breathtaking scene.

The time is just about here folks! After months of testing the Footwork Style video, the next step to these online tutorials will finally be here next week, July 23. As part of my mailing list subscribers, you'll get further details before everyone else. As you may have guessed, I will also be offering Weekly Online Classes to those who want to make quick, steady progress in this dance. For those of you in the remote parts of the world, you will finally be able to experience everything I teach in my real-life classes. I hope you're excited, because I am. Stay tuned for more!

Also, if you haven't seen yesterday's new Skating tutorial, here it is:

Cheers,

Wow, has it really been a year since I updated this? Well, I guess we can say this is the start of a new season of house dance goodness. This week, I'd like to share an afrohouse-themed mix on Souncloud.com that was sent to me by DjC-ment on Facebook.

Check out his dope mix here: https://soundcloud.com/djc-ment/try2sitstill

Also, I uploaded a new freestyle video last week after realizing that I haven't shot one since my April 2011 dedication to my 5,000 Youtube subscribers. I guess I love teaching too much. Now at 20,000 subscribers, I wanted to show my gratitude once again. Here's the video if you haven't had the chance to check it out:

Until next time! Peace.
