"Freestyle Friday" is a weekly event where Online Class members participate by uploading their dance videos and sharing them on our Secret House Society Facebook group page. Some of the members volunteered to show their videos for this blog post, so here they are. Hopefully it'll motivate you to get up and dance!

I'd like to see more video responses from you guys. Don't be afraid to send me videos of you dancing; It would be certainly nice to see how I'm helping you improve. In fact, send me a video of you incorporating the material in the recent musicality video when you get a chance. Thanks.
