Musicality

Wow, finally right? Part 4 of the Musicality Series goes over the most important part of house dance: FEEL. I'd hate to spoil it for you, so just check it out. If you remember everything you've learned from the prior musicality tutorials, you should have a good idea of the many ways you can approach music and dance. Enjoy.Song names:

Hardsoul feat. Ron Carroll - Back Together (Tony Lionni Remix)

After watching the video, please tell me a couple of things:

1. Is there any part of the video that leaves you confused and needs more explaining?

2. How has the musicality series as a whole helped you with your dance?

Thanks again! And please spread the word and share this with your friends. Musicality is not just for house dancers, it's for everyone.

For those who have watched the video, tell me two things in the comments below:

1. Is there any part of the clip where you feel I should have emphasized more?

2. I already have a framework for part 4, but is there anything you'd like to see in it?

Thank you in advance for sharing your thoughts. Till next time.

Found this lil' gem by accident today. In this video, one of my mentors, Stretch, demonstrates several of the steps that I also teach in my tutorials. Watch it so you can see how other people execute these same moves. There are also clips of him dancing at the end. Watch it and study his movements where he accents the beats. It's a good clip to study since Stretch keeps his musicality clear and simple.

The second clip in the musicality series; this video emphasizes on the basics of accenting specific beats. It's a gateway for more complex types of musicality. A must for anyone who is just starting to learn about dance and music.
